We collect our
autographs either personally from players at clubs'
training grounds, reserve matches or on match days, or
from our group of autograph collectors that we employ
to cover all of the clubs in the English Premiership.

I'm
Mark Hay and I have responsibility for handling Premsig.com
orders and our website. When you place an order with
us, you will deal directly with me. As I run the
website and deal with orders, I obviously don't have
time to collect all the autographs myself, although I
do go out when I have time.
We have around a
dozen autographs collectors who visit hotels, airports
and training grounds all over the world. It is very
rare that we stock an autographs that we haven't
obtained ourselves. We have measures in place to
ensure that we only sell 100% authentic signatures. We
have never knowingly sold a fake signature and have
not had a single item returned over a question of
authenticity. We check every single signature we
stock. If we come across a signature that we are
unfamiliar with, we check it with one of our
colleagues and samples known to be authentic. Check

FREE post and packing World Wide. We do not charge any
sales tax (VAT), even for domestic from inside the UK
or the EU.
Our regular
products are from the English Premiership,
but we can source high quality memorabilia from world
football.

Shirts

Our team
signed shirts are hand signed by 15+ members of the
squad including all famous name first team players.
Shirts can also be purchased signed by single or any
group of players. We can supply home shirts, away
shirts, goalkeepers' jerseys or even third strip
shirts. The shirts we use are top quality replica
shirts, direct from the club shop, or other reputable
dealer. All shirts displayed are adult size, unless
otherwise stated. |

Photographs
|
| We can
supply signed 10x8 professional glossy photographs, or
photographs surrounded with a signed mount, of any Premiership player, group of players or whole
teams. These are mostly official press photographs so
we get some great images. |

Match
Worn
|

We
have regular access to match worn shirts, shorts and
boots, ranging from reserve players’ shirts worn in
friendly games to boots worn in the World Cup Final.

football fans, for football fans. We would honestly
rather make a sale than a profit. Business is a
service, not a bonanza, as Henry Ford once said. We
stick by that principle.
With that in mind,
we are always trying to bring you the best deals. We
price our products according to the cost of producing
them, not the market value of the signatures. It costs
us a lot more to produce signed items for some teams
than others so you may find that some items from
"big" clubs actually cost less than their
counterparts from the Premiership strugglers.
We are constantly
doing all we can to lower prices.

All of our products
come complete with a Certificate of Authenticity and a
no questions 30 day return policy. If you are unhappy
with any item you receive, for any reason, you may
return it in it's original condition within 30 days
for a full refund.
We are so confident
with our products that should an item be found to have
a fraudulent signature, we will refund you including
all expenses. This covers any reasonable expenses you
incur while authenticating the item with a third
party, even the cost of sending your original payment
to us.
For this reason, we
must ask that any items returned for authenticity
reasons be deemed fraudulent by two independent
autograph dealers. You must include details of the
dealers, including telephone number, and their reports
with the item. Please also include receipts from
expenses.
This does not
affect your statutory rights.
