Where
do you get your autographs?

We collect our
autographs either personally from players at clubs'
training grounds, reserve matches or on match days, or
from our group of autograph collectors that we employ
to cover all of the clubs in the FA Barclays
Premiership.
How
do I know that the signatures are genuine?
Top
We have measures in
place to ensure that we only sell 100% authentic
signatures. We have never knowingly sold a fake
signature and have not had a single item returned over
a question of authenticity. We check every single
signature we stock. If we come across a signature that
we are unfamiliar with, we check it with one of our
colleagues and samples known to be authentic.
How
do I place an order?

Simply click on the
"Buy" link on the product you're interested
in. You will be taken to your basket, where you can
either proceed to checkout or continue shopping. To
proceed with the order, click on the checkout button.
If you are not a previous customer, you will need to
register your details by clicking on "Create an
Account".
Once you are logged
in, check that your
details are correct before clicking the confirm
checkout button. You will then be emailed a
transaction report and PayPal
payment instructions.
Do
I get a certificate of authenticity?

Yes! All of our
signed products come complete with our Certificate of
Authenticity and a full, no questions, money-back guarantee.
Are
your shirts game worn or replicas?
Top
Our regular shirts
are quality replicas purchased from the club shop or
another reputable retailer. We do have access to game
worn items, please ask
for details or check the team you're interested in
from the Products page.
Do
your photographs have "Premsig.com" written
across them? Top
The images of the
photographs displayed on our website have a
Premsig.com watermark added to protect against image
theft (images of our shirts also have this mark). The
actual signed photos themselves do not have this
wording on them.
How
do I know that you're not ripping me off?
Top
We do everything we
can to keep our prices low. Our prices are based on
the cost of production, not the market value of the
signatures. We are football fans and season ticket
holders ourselves and think that we get ripped off too
much as it is, even by our own clubs. We are
constantly trying to cut prices even further and have
constant Special Offers and price reductions.
Do
you comply with distance selling regulations?

Yes, we do. We are
here for you, and we will comply with every possible
regulation, whether compulsory or voluntary. The new
regulations announced 29th October 2000 mean that:
- We allow a cooling-off
period of at least seven days in which
consumers may return the goods and receive a full
refund (in fact we allow 30 days)
- We provide a written
description of the goods or services so the
shopper can compare them on delivery
- Goods and
services must be provided within 30 days of
the order (for out of stock items, we promise to
deliver items within 30 days from the time we have
completed the requested item). We usually deliver
within one day to the UK.
- If credit card
details are used fraudulently, the consumer
will not have to foot any of the bill -
amending the Consumer Credit Act, under which
credit and debit card holders used to bear the
first £50
We hope this gives
you confidence in our services. These regulations only
cover European customers, but we apply them worldwide.
Do
you take credit cards?
Top
Yes, we can accept
all major credit cards. We use PayPal,
so you can be confident that the whole online payment
process is conducted under high security. Your credit
card details are not stored anywhere on this website,
or known to us at all.
How
else can I pay?
Top
We no longer accept
payment by cheque, or any other postal payments,
however you can make your payment by inter-bank money
transfer. Simply contact
us with your order requirements, and we will email
you our account details.
What
can I do if I change my mind?
Top
If you change your
mind about any product you have received, for any
reason, you may return it in its original condition
within 30 days for a full refund.
I'm
overseas, how do I know you'll send the item once you
have received my money?
Top
We do a lot of
business with overseas customers, please check our
Feedback for their testimonies. We would not do
ourselves any good by defrauding our overseas
customers. We certainly wouldn't have gone to all this
trouble to do it! If you feel uneasy, please contact
us, so maybe we can reassure you. Our prices can
be up to 50% cheaper than prices in your own country!
Can
I trace my purchase after you have sent it?

Yes, when we ship
your item we can inform you of the Royal
Mail tracking number. You can check the status of
the item here.
Please request the tracking number when ordering, if
you require it.
Delivery will be by
Royal
Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, or Royal Mail
International Recorded/Registered Delivery airmail.
Single photographs sent first class to UK addresses.
Postage worldwide is FREE! Items in stock will
be shipped on receipt of payment.
Please note that
overseas Royal Mail shipments require a signature for
delivery, but you cannot check tracking outside of the
UK online. The Royal Mail service is very secure and
fully insured.
We can offer
delivery by FedEx, which takes the same time as Royal
Mail, but due to the large amount of extra work
involved with customs forms, and the extra cost, your
shipment will be delayed by 2-3 days and we will need
to charge an extra £75 per shirt (£30 for each
subsequent shirt in the same shipment), or £55 per
photo (£20 for each additional photo in the same
shipment). Please contact
us if you require FedEx shipping before you place
your order.
Can
you get me an item signed by Pele/Maradona/Cryuff?

Our regular
products are from the English Premiership,
and select European teams, but we can source high
quality memorabilia from world football. We have a
network of colleagues in the memorabilia business and
can arrange excellent deals with them. We work with a
select, trusted few to ensure authenticity of
memorabilia.
Can you
authenticate items?
Top
We would be happy
to give you our opinion of the authenticity of any
autograph. Simply email
us a scan or digital photo, as a jpeg file, and we
will let you know our opinion as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we can no longer accept items through
the post to be authenticated, therefore we can only
give our opinion, and not issue a COA.
