Do
you check the autographs' authenticity?

We do vet every item
that is submitted for listing. As we do not physically
possess any of the items listed in the Customers Items
category, we can only do this by looking at the images
sent with the listing. We have over 50 years combined
experience, and we can usually spot a fake.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to guarantee the
authenticity of any autograph unless it has been signed
in front of you. We can make no guarantees about the
authenticity of any item listed in
the Customers Items category. Premsig.com is not
responsible for other buyers' or sellers' actions or
inactions. The Customers Items category is to allow
people to offer, sell, and buy items between themselves.
At no point do we have possession of anything listed or
sold through in this category.
How
do I know that the signatures are genuine?

We cannot guarantee
that autographs listed in the Customers Items category
are genuine (as opposed to the other categories, where
we offer full money back guarantees). This category is a
marketplace for people to list their own items.
Premsig.com will vet every listing and will reject any
items with obviously fake autographs. We would advise
you to check known authentic examples before ordering
any item from this category. We would be happy to give
you our opinion on any autograph listed here. While we
consider none of the autographs listed to be fake, there
is always a wide spectrum of probability that one may or
may not be, depending on how much the signature varies
from the accepted norm.
Do I
get a certificate of authenticity?

This is down to the
seller. We cannot issue COAs for items listed by our
customers, as we are only providing the market, not the
goods for sale themselves. We ask sellers to provide
details of any authentication they will supply with the
items.
Do
your photographs have "Premsig.com" written
across them?
Top
The images of the
photographs displayed on our website have a Premsig.com
watermark added to protect against image theft (images
of our shirts also have this mark). The actual signed
photos themselves do not have this wording on them.
How
do I know that you're not ripping me off?
Top
When you place an
order and complete payment, your money is held in escrow
by Premsig.com and only passed to the seller once you
have accepted the item. You will have 14 days from
receipt to accept or reject the item. If an item is
rejected, you will return it to the seller in its
original condition, and once it has been received and
accepted by the seller, you will receive a full refund.
Do
you take credit cards?

Yes, we can accept
all major credit cards. We use PayPal, so you can be
confident that the whole online payment process is
conducted under high security. Your credit card details
are not stored anywhere on this website, or known to us
at all.
How
else can I pay?
Top
We no longer accept
payment by cheque, or any other postal payments, however
you can make your payment by inter-bank money transfer.
Simply contact us with your order requirements, and we
will email you our account details.
What
can I do if I change my mind?

If you change your
mind about any product you have received, for any
reason, you may return it in its original condition
within 14 days for a full refund.
I'm
overseas, how do I know you'll send the item once you
have received my money?

Your money will be
held in escrow until you have received and accepted the
item. You will have 14 days from receipt to accept or
reject your order. It you are not happy for any reason,
you may return the item in its original condition for a
full refund.
Can
I trace my purchase after you have sent it?

Yes, when we ship
your item we can inform you of the Royal Mail tracking
number. You can check the status of the item here.
Please request the tracking number when ordering, if you
require it.
