By submitting an item for
listing, you agree to be legally bound by the following rules
and conditions:

You will
not hold Premsig.com responsible for other buyers' or
sellers' actions or inactions. The Customers Items
category is to allow people to offer, sell, and buy items
between themselves. At no point do we have possession of
anything listed or sold through this site.

The
description and image(s) of any item are to be honest
and accurate to the best of your knowledge. No item will
be listed without a clear image of the autograph(s). You
may display unlimited images with each item. Images may
bear a Premsig.com watermark to protect security and
pevent fraud. Please give as many details as you can with
each listing. Full details of any authenticity, how you
obtained the item, etc, and clear images will help sell
it. You may list items non-exclusively with us, but you
must tell us as soon as possible if an item is no longer
for sale. You agree that any and all expenses incurred for
the attempted sale of an item that you have no longer
available will be paid to Premsig.com by you. These fees
may be taken from amounts owed, or billed separately, and
non-compliance will be considered a breach of contract and
debts may be chased through the legal system.

Listing of
any item for any length of time is free. Commission fees
of 10% of total order will be deducted from the customer's
payment. You must hold a PayPal account, and all payments
to you will be via this account. All additional fees,
including fees PayPal charges for you to receive payment,
postage and packing over and above those included in the
price of the item, and any other charges are to be met by
the seller and are not refundable by Premsig.com under any
circumstances.

Premsig.com
will check the authenticity of any autograph submitted and
reserves the right to refuse the listing of any item for
any reason. Authenticity cannot be guaranteed for any
signature not signed in front of you, and we make no such
guarantees about any item listed here.

You may
remove or edit any item at any time by emailing us
instructions.

As we do
not charge for postage, you must include this in your
selling price. Bear in mind that we have customers from
all over the world, and you may need to ship your item
anywhere from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe.

When we
have a buyer for your item, payment will be taken from the
customer and held in escrow until the item has been
received and accepted by the buyer. The buyer shall have
14 days from receipt to accept or reject the item. After
this time (or as soon as the item is accepted by the
buyer, if sooner), the balance of payment, minus
commission, will be passed to you. Premsig.com will hold
any payment in the event of a dispute, until such dispute
is resolved.

The law
offers a lot of protection to consumers, especially via
"distance selling". As a seller with us, you
must agree to the principle that the customer is (almost)
always right. Sellers must agree that the
buyer will always get the benefit of doubt in any
irresolvable case. Therefore, it is essential
that items are shipped using a traceable postal service,
are fully insured, and labeled clearly with a return
address, in case of non-delivery. Tracking numbers are to
be given to Premsig.com on shipment. If all else fails,
the buyer will receive a full refund. Any seller not
willing to cooperate in a dispute will have all listed
items removed from this site and will be banned from
relisting.
